APA Division 46 Awards
The Student Dissertation in Media Psychology & Technology Award
Given for outstanding dissertation research related to any form of media including: the internet, radio, TV, or print research/applications; multimedia telecommunications; virtual reality; distance learning; telehealth services; and product development. This award includes a 1 year of free membership in Div. 46 (but not APA).
Eligibility:
The Awards Committee invites you to nominate yourself, or any worthy colleague.
Applicants must have graduated from a doctoral program and have completed their dissertation between January and December of the two-year period prior to the award year.
How To Apply:
- Send a letter of nomination highlighting the nominee’s research, publications, teaching, training, leadership, and/or other relevant information.
- Include the nominee’s CV and statement about his or her research or accomplishments.
Please submit nomination letters and CV as well as other supporting documents to the current past president.
